Welcome to Melkbos Kids Academy
Marianne Lombard, a member of the Melkbosstrand community, opened Melkbos Kids Academy in 2022.
We are a Christian-based school with respect and understanding for all other religions and cultures.
Our premises offer a home away from home for babies from 3 months old to children in Grade R. Children can enjoy a safe, happy, and educational environment where they are encouraged to play, explore, grow, and learn to their hearts’ content. Each child’s unique interests and personality is loved, nurtured, and made a priority at Melkbos Kids Academy.
We make use of a formal education system through the CAPS curriculum in the morning and offer aftercare,
referred to as Sandcastle, in the afternoon. Our school hours are from 8.30am to 12:30pm, however we are open from 7am to 6pm daily to cater to parents’ schedule requirements. Grade R starts at 8:00am.

The school fees are due at the beginning of each month, for the duration of 12 months, except where payment is made annually, in which case fees are due before the 10th of January.
A non-refundable registration / operational fee is due at the beginning of each year.
